Consultation Fees

Initial consultation: £300, duration 30–40 minutes

Follow-up consultation: £225, duration 20 minutes

These fees apply equally to in-person, telephone and video consultations.

Your consultation includes a full history and examination, and where appropriate, a discussion of investigations and treatment options.

Additional Costs

• Diagnostic procedures such as nasal endoscopy, imaging (CT/MRI), and laboratory tests are charged separately by the hospital or clinic where they are performed.

• Surgical procedures are priced individually depending on complexity and location, and a detailed quote is provided in advance.

• Anaesthetist and hospital fees are billed separately by the provider.

Insurance Patients

I am recognised by all major UK insurers. If you are using health insurance, please obtain a pre-authorisation code from your insurer before your appointment. Invoices are sent directly to the insurer at the agreed rate.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment or procedure without charge. For appointments on a Monday, we must receive notification before 11am on the preceding Thursday.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment charge at the self-pay rate will be charged.

For cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice but less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment charge at the self-pay rate will be charged.

Please note that most insurers will not cover a cancellation fee, so you would be invoiced directly.
